TB type back pull-out inline pump (hereinafter referred to as inline pump) comes standard with an IE3 premium efficiency motor. Optimized hydraulic and structural design, together with industrial design and reliability test, endows the pump with features of high efficiency & energy saving, stable performance, low noise, overload-free operation, large flow rate, wide high-efficiency range and attractive appearance. This product can fully replace similar imported products.

  1. Back Pull-out Structure The motor, coupling and impeller assembly can be pulled out as a whole from the rear of the pump casing, without disconnecting the inlet and outlet piping. This allows maintenance, seal replacement and impeller inspection to be done quickly without breaking the pipeline, minimizing downtime β€” ideal for continuous-operation systems that cannot afford long water shutdowns.
  2. Standard IE3 Premium Efficiency Motor Equipped with an IE3 premium-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor for lower energy consumption, higher operating efficiency and noticeable long-term electricity savings, meeting international efficiency standards.

Routine Maintenance

  1. Mechanical seal inspection β€” Check periodically for weeping or leakage at the pump. If leakage increases continuously, shut down and replace the seal. The back pull-out design allows the rotor assembly to be withdrawn quickly without dismantling the piping.
  2. Lubrication & bearing care β€” The motor uses built-in bearings; re-grease according to the motor manual. Listen for abnormal noise and monitor bearing temperature; if unusual sounds or overheating occur, stop and inspect bearing wear.
  3. Regular monitoring β€” Track operating current, inlet/outlet pressure, medium temperature, vibration and noise, and compare against rated parameters to detect performance degradation early.
  4. Impeller & casing cleaning β€” Over time, trace contaminants may settle. Use the back pull-out feature to withdraw the rotor and clean limescale and deposits from the casing and impeller to preserve hydraulic efficiency.
  5. Long-term shutdown β€” Drain all water from the pump when out of service to prevent freezing and cracking. Turn the shaft periodically to prevent seizure. Protect the motor against moisture in damp environments.
  6. Electrical checks β€” Inspect terminal connections and cable insulation regularly, and clean dust from motor cooling fins to ensure good heat dissipation.

Safety & Operating Precautions

  1. Medium restriction β€” Only pump clean, water-like fluids. Do not pump strongly corrosive liquids, silt-/fiber-laden wastewater, or flammable/explosive media. Medium pH must be kept within 5–9, and medium temperature within 0–120Β°C.
  2. Cavitation protection β€” Installation must satisfy the required NPSHr. Keep suction-pipe resistance low to avoid cavitation, which causes impeller erosion and increased vibration and noise.
  3. System pressure limit β€” For DN100 and smaller, maximum working pressure is 1.6 MPa; for DN125 and larger, 1.2 / 1.6 MPa. Never exceed rated pressure.
  4. Ambient conditions β€” Use at ambient temperatures between -15Β°C and 40Β°C. Ensure adequate motor ventilation; do not enclose the pump in a small, unventilated space.
  5. Start-up procedure β€” Vent and fill the pump casing with liquid before starting. Dry running is strictly prohibited and will quickly destroy the mechanical seal. Turn the shaft by hand before start-up to confirm the rotor rotates freely.
  6. Speed matching β€” Operate strictly at the nameplate rated speed. Do not use VFD to overspeed the pump.
  7. Power supply β€” Designed for 3-phase 380V / 50Hz. Keep voltage fluctuation within motor-rated limits to avoid damage.
  8. Piping support β€” Support inlet and outlet piping independently. Do not let the weight of the piping rest on the pump body, as this can deform the casing and damage seals and bearings.
