Product Features

  1. Stainless‑steel wetted components The pump body and impeller are made of stainless steel, fitted with AISI 304 stainless‑steel shaft. It resists mild corrosion and rust‑free. No secondary contamination occurs when pumping clean water, making it well‑suited for potable‑water applications. Equipped with C&U bearings for smooth, low‑noise operation and extended service life.
  2. Copper‑wound motor with built‑in thermal protection The motor adopts pure copper winding for high efficiency and low heat generation. Single‑phase motors come with integrated thermal protectors, which cut off power automatically upon overload or overheating to avoid motor burnout. It reaches insulation class F and IPX4 protection rating against water splashes.
  3. Powerful self‑priming performance Maximum self‑priming suction height reaches 9 meters. Thanks to jet‑assisted self‑priming structure, it can reliably draw groundwater even without a foot valve.
  4. Broad performance range Multiple model options cover power from 0.37 kW to 1.1 kW. Maximum head up to 50 m, maximum flow rate 4.5 m³/h, maximum working pressure 8 bar to satisfy various water supply and boosting requirements.
  5. Good operating‑condition adaptability Handles liquid temperature up to +60 ℃ and ambient temperature up to +40 ℃. Compact construction for easy installation.

Application Scenarios

  • Well water intake: Extract groundwater from shallow / deep wells for domestic water supply in rural self‑built houses.
  • Garden irrigation: Sprinkler watering for gardens, nurseries and small‑scale farm irrigation with stable water output.
  • Municipal tap‑water boosting: Boost and stabilize pipeline pressure where municipal water supply pressure is insufficient, improving flow for taps and showers.
  • Auxiliary equipment water supply: Support water supply for small water‑treatment units, cleaning machines, HVAC makeup‑water systems and other equipment.
  • Household water supply: Whole‑house water supply for villas and private residences to meet daily kitchen and bathroom water demands.

Routine Maintenance

  1. Periodic pipeline inspection Check inlet/outlet pipes and connections monthly for water seepage or air leakage. Air leakage on suction lines directly weakens self‑priming capacity. Inspect sealing gaskets for aging and dripping.
  2. Contaminant handling & cleaning Fit a pre‑filter if the pumped water carries sediment, to prevent hard particles from abrading stainless‑steel impellers and pump shafts. Regularly open pump chamber to flush out sand and debris.
  3. Motor maintenance Keep motor housing clean and well‑ventilated without dust accumulation. Inspect power cables regularly for aging or damage; avoid standing water on motor surfaces.
  4. Long‑term storage Completely drain water from pump cavity when out‑of‑service for long periods to prevent frost cracking of stainless‑steel pump body. Store in dry and ventilated location.
  5. Bearing inspection Check bearings annually. Replace C&U bearings in case of abnormal operating noise to prevent shaft wear.

Usage Notes

  1. Medium requirements Only for clean water. Do NOT pump highly corrosive fluids, sandy sewage or oily liquids. Sediment will wear impellers and mechanical seals rapidly. Liquid temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃.
  2. Power supply & motor protection Voltage fluctuation should stay within ±10 % of rated value. When thermal protection triggers shutdown, let motor cool down naturally; do not repeatedly power on forcibly.
  3. Self‑priming operation Fill pump chamber with priming water before first startup. Avoid prolonged dry‑running which will quickly damage mechanical seals.
  4. Pressure limit System working pressure must never exceed 8 bar, to prevent damage to pump housing and connected piping.
  5. Installation requirements Mount pump horizontally. Minimize pipe elbows to reduce flow resistance. The suction pipeline must remain fully air‑tight; air leaks will result in failure to draw water.
  6. Electrical safety Reliable earthing is mandatory. IPX4 rating only defends against splashing water. Do not rinse motor or electrical components directly with water. Take extra waterproof measures in humid environments.
  7. Ambient‑temperature limit Maximum allowable working ambient temperature is 40 ℃. High‑temperature surroundings accelerate motor aging.
