Product Features

  1. Dry-type motor construction The motor chamber is kept dry and prevents water ingress, differing from water-filled submersible pumps. The pump section is mounted at the top of the unit while the motor sits at the bottom. A double-face mechanical seal is adopted, together with O-shaped oil-resistant rubber rings used as static seals at all fixed spigot joints. The multi-stage sealing structure effectively blocks water from penetrating into the motor.
  2. Multi-stage centrifugal impeller design The upper pump body uses multi-stage centrifugal impellers paired with radial guide vanes. It delivers high head and stable pressure output under low-flow conditions, making it suitable for water extraction from deep wells.
  3. Flexible motor options Single-phase 220V and three-phase 380V asynchronous motors are available. Low-power models support domestic single-phase power supply, while higher-power variants work with industrial three-phase power to match different power supply conditions.
  4. Compact integrated submersible structure The pump and motor share one shaft, eliminating the need for an above-ground pump house and simplifying installation. The whole unit operates fully submerged in water; surrounding water dissipates motor heat steadily, resulting in low running noise.
  5. Stable operation & wide model range It runs at a synchronous speed of 3000 r/min. A complete lineup covers broad flow and head ranges for flexible model selection.

Application Scenarios

  1. Domestic deep well water supply: Water supply for rural households and small village water systems to extract underground water, its primary application.
  2. Small-scale engineering water supply: Temporary water supply for construction sites, garden irrigation and orchard sprinkler irrigation with water drawn from wells.
  3. Light water supply & drainage: Self-contained well water supply for villas and homestays, water lifting from shallow and deep wells.
  4. Suitable medium: Clean underground water and fresh water, free of large solid particles, sand or fibrous impurities.Restrictions: Not applicable for sewage, heavily silt-laden turbid water or corrosive liquids.

Maintenance Guidelines

  1. Regular inspection of sealing components Double-face mechanical seals and O-rings are wearing parts. Rubber aging and mechanical seal abrasion over time may cause water leakage. Sealing integrity should be inspected every 6 to 12 months. Replace sealing assemblies promptly once seepage is detected.
  2. Motor insulation test After long idle periods or more than one year of operation, test the motor insulation resistance with a megger. Do not start the pump if insulation resistance is too low; troubleshoot water intrusion or winding dampness.
  3. Clean impeller and pump cavity Trace sediment in raw water accumulates inside impellers and guide vanes during long-term service, reducing head and increasing current. Disassemble and flush the pump periodically to clear built-up silt.
  4. Submersible cable inspection Check for cracks or damage on the cable outer sheath caused by prolonged immersion, which creates electric leakage hazards. Ensure cable joints are properly waterproofed and insulated.
  5. Storage for long shutdown Pull the pump out of the well, rinse the outer surface with clean water, dry and store in a cool, dry and ventilated area. Do not leave it submerged in the well for extended idle periods.

Operating Precautions

  1. Medium requirements: Only for clean fresh water. Excessive sand content in well water will rapidly abrade impellers and mechanical seals and lead to pump failure.
  2. Submersion depth: The pump must be fully immersed below the liquid surface. Dry running is strictly prohibited, as it will burn out mechanical seals and motor windings quickly. Do not bury the pump in bottom silt.
  3. Power supply requirements Voltage fluctuation must stay within ±10% of rated voltage. For single-phase models, use adequately sized cables for long-distance wiring to avoid voltage drop and motor overheating.
  4. Start-up protection Fit thermal overload protection and earth leakage circuit breakers. The system will cut off power automatically upon abnormal current or leakage to protect the motor. Avoid frequent on/off cycling which damages the pump.
  5. Installation requirements The well inner diameter must exceed the pump outer dimension to guarantee water flow around the pump. Secure the pump with proper hoisting fixtures to prevent vibration and collision against the well wall during operation.
  6. Operation monitoring After startup, monitor discharge flow and operating current. Shut down immediately if flow drops sharply, current surges or abnormal noise occurs. Do not continue running a faulty pump.
  7. Water temperature: Designed for normal-temperature clean water; not for pumping high-temperature hot water.
