Daily Maintenance
- Inspect inlet/outlet pipes and joints monthly for water seepage or air leakage. Check sealing rings and mechanical seals for dripping. Air leakage will directly degrade self‑priming capacity.
- Remove limescale from pump chamber periodically. Install a pre‑filter for poor‑quality water to avoid impeller blockage, which would reduce flow rate and pressure.
- Keep the motor housing clean and well‑ventilated, free of dust buildup. Check power cables regularly for aging or damage.
- Drain all water inside the pump for long‑term storage to avoid pump cracking from freezing. Store the unit in a dry location.
- Calibrate pressure sensors and control panel every six months to ensure correct start‑stop pressure and accurate digital readings.
Usage Notes
- Medium requirements: Only for clean water or water‑like fluids. Do NOT pump liquid containing large amounts of sediment, sand or corrosive chemicals, as solid particles will rapidly wear the impeller and seals.
- Power supply: Voltage fluctuation shall not exceed ±10 % of rated voltage. A voltage stabilizer is recommended under unstable power supply to avoid damage to the electronic control board.
- Temperature limits: Max. pumped liquid temperature: 90℃; Max. ambient working temperature: 40℃. High temperature accelerates motor aging.
- Avoid frequent dry‑running: Although dry‑run protection is integrated, repeated dry‑run events will shorten the service life of mechanical seals. Always fill priming water before first startup.
- Installation requirements: Mount the pump horizontally. Minimize elbows in piping to reduce flow resistance. The suction pipeline must be fully air‑tight; air leaks will cause failure to draw water.
- Electrical safety: Reliable earthing is mandatory. Protect the electronic control panel from splashing water, take waterproof measures in humid environments.
- Pressure limit: System working pressure must not exceed 5 bar to prevent damage to pump body and connected pipes.
